Good question! Hiring a designer on an hourly rate can cost way more than you originally budget for. You have no idea how long tasks will actually take, especially if you need revisions.
Hiring on a project by project basis can also be a toss up! You might have to pay extra for revisions and still feel unhappy with the result. Plus, what happens when the project is over and you realize you need more designs? You have to negotiate ANOTHER project price and timeline.
With a subscription, you know exactly how much you're paying and can cancel or pause anytime. Designs are guaranteed within 3-5 business days and you get endless revisions until you are 100% happy.
Nope! Once subscribed, you can submit as many designs as your free-spirited heart desires and they will be delivered one by one.
It depends on your subscription plan: with the Setting Off subscription plan, designs are delivered in 3-5 business days and revisions are delivered in 2-3 business days. With the Trekking Up subscription plan, things are a quicker, with designs delivered in 2-3 business days and revisions delivered in 1-2 business days.

When you pause your subscription we will keep your Trello board open and all of our work together on file, so when you have another design need, we jump in where we left off. Any extra time you have left in the month rolls over for when you unpause. Also, the rate at which you first subscribed is guaranteed to stay the same, regardless of my rate changes over time.
When you cancel, your Trello board will be deleted and we will take your work off file. Any time you had left in your paid month will be nullified. If you want to resubscribe, you will be subject to any rate changes.
No problem. You can always pause your subscription when finished and return when you have more design needs. However much time is left in your subscription month, you'll get free when you return.
Most requests will be designed in Figma or Adobe Illustrator. Website development is done in ShowIt or Wordpress. Everything will be delivered through Trello and Google Drive.
In the Den we use the management platform, Trello. This is where you will request designs, revisions, and communicate with me. This is also where I will deliver your designs.
Upon onboarding I will show you how to use Trello in more detail so that requesting designs is second nature.
No worries! We'll revise it until you are 100% happy, no extra charge.
Due to the nature of the service and the pause feature, there will be no refunds issued.
